We just had a dinner at Casa Di Luigi and we had calamari for the appetizer. They were the best calamari I've had in a long time. The main courses we had were even better. Amazing food and service! New owners are so nice and welcoming and because of them the atmosphere here is very special! I recommend this place to everyone who wants to eat and feel good!

This is a Must Visit place! Sometimes we diners are fortunate enough to encounter that magical moment in a chef's career when, after putting in serious time in top notch kitchens, they strike out on their own and hit their stride. That is exactly what we are witnessing here at Casa Di Luigi. Chef is at the top of his game. Everything is made from scratch and everything is So Good! Fettuccine alla Mazzarese?! White wine pan reduction pesto?!? OMG! To die for! Rigatoni alla Trasteverin, fabulous! Poblano soup! Pear salad! Magnificent! We intend to eat our way through the entire menu. The room is lovely. Susanna runs the front of the house with her daughter and their service is efficient and gracious. Lovely room. It's a small place so reservations are highly suggested but don't let that keep you from stopping in. I'd eat here standing up if I had to.

Decided to go there for dinner after reading good reviews. Was not disappointed. We started out with the crab cakes, they were amazing. I ordered the Cannolicci al Cartoccio and it was great with just the right amount of heat. My friend had Papardelle al Limone which she loved. It was my birthday and the server brought me a tiramisu which was amazing. The best tiramisu I've ever had. The service was great, everyone there was so friendly. I defiantly plan on going back.

We were at a conference and needed to take customers out to dinner, so a little restaurant with ambience and good food is what we're looking for. Our servings e us suggestions, which changed our minds and turned out FANTASTIC. We had the chef's special which gave with appetizers, soup/salad, sides, main dish and dessert. The stuffed pepper appetizer was like nothing I've had before. We finished our meal with three DELICIOUS desserts and an espresso martini. All was fantastic.

What a lovely little place to have a cozy dinner! The staff is wonderful and attentive. They had great recommendations and everything was delicious. I especially loved the seasonal fried zucchini blossoms. The tiramisu was special and came in a terra cotta pot. They use Maria cookies as their cookie and it was unique and delicious. A very nice quaint spot to try!

Excellent service and food! This is the only place I have ever been to where every staff seems to work as if they own the place! Super friendly and pleasant. The place slowly filled up while we were there. I had the tailgate with lobster and creamy tomatoes sauce. While the sauce is a bit too unique for me (sweet with a subtle sour note), the tagliatelle is superb! I could totally visualize someone in the back rolling that pasta machine and chopping up the dough for these awesome tagliatelle. The mussels we had also tasted super fresh. The complimentary focaccia and dip is to die for! I had to hold back from eating too many!
